Who is eligible?+
Any active Gabriel Care member can refer friends and family. Request your personal link above and we'll email it to you.
When do I get my $150?+
Your friend receives $150 in wellness credits after their first successful monthly membership payment. Your $150 vests after their second successful monthly payment. Both credits post automatically after Stripe confirms payment.
What can I spend the credits on?+
Anything your wellness credits already cover: visits, labs, supplements, bodywork, and the rest of your plan's covered care. Credits join your regular wellness balance and follow your normal benefit period.
Is there a limit?+
You can earn up to 10 vested referral credits per trailing year, for a $1,500 annual wellness-credit maximum. The credits add to your wellness pool; they do not reduce or replace membership payments.
Are these cash or insurance rewards?+
No. They are promotional wellness credits with no cash value. They apply only to eligible care through the Gabriel Care membership, follow the normal benefit period, and are never tied to an insurance product, plan, or enrollment.
